Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá onkologickým onemocněním v těhotenství a jeho vlivem na aspekty života těhotné ženy. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o epidemiologii nádorového onemocnění v těhotenství, o jeho diagnostice a možné terapii. Dále podrobněji objasňuje karcinom prsu vyskytující se v těhotenství. V neposlední řadě se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé fáze zpracování sdělení diagnózy a na aspekty života s onkologickým onemocněním, kdy je člověk chápán jako bio-psycho-socio-spirituální celek. Praktická část obsahuje narativní rozhovor s ženou, která během těhotenství bojovala s maligním onemocněním. Prostřednictvím jeho analýzy je nastíněn průběh této nemoci. Výsledkem práce je porozumění prožívání onkologického onemocnění v průběhu těhotenství.

This bachelor thesis deals with an oncological disease during pregnancy and its effect on the aspects of life of a pregnant woman. This thesis is split into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the epidemiology of oncological disease during pregnancy, its diagnosis and possible treatment. Breast cancer that occurs during pregnancy is described in detail. Further on, the thesis is focused on stages of dealing with the diagnosis and the aspects of life with an oncological disease, where person is understood as a bio-psycho-socio-spiritual whole. The practical part contains a narrative interview with a woman suffering malignant disease while pregnant. Through an analysis of the interview is described the course of the illness. The result of this thesis is an understanding of enduring an oncological disease during pregnancy.
