Bakalářská práce se zabývá materiálním a technickým zabezpečením zdravotnické záchranné služby při řešení mimořádné události. Práce se dělí na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou část.
Literární rešerše v úvodní části teoretické části této bakalářské práce je zpracována pro snadnější pochopení řešené problematiky. Vymezuje základní pojmy v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému, zdravotnické záchranné služby jako celku. Druhá polovina teoretické části vymezuje druhy mimořádných událostí, postupně se ubírá k popisu a řešení tornáda na jižní Moravě.
Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na samotné tornádo a připravenost zdravotnické záchranné služby na tuto událost. Zabývá se technickou připraveností na tento typ mimořádné události. V závěru práce byla definována rizika společně s návrhy opatření pro jejich eliminaci.
Annotation in English
The subjects of this bachelor thesis are the technical and material readiness of emergency medical services in cases of emergency events. This thesis is split into two parts, those being the theoretical and practical segments.
The literary research in the opening part of this thesis is streamlined with the purpose of easier understanding of the thesis 'subject. It defines basic terms in the field of emergency response systems and the system as a whole. The second half of the theoretical portion defines types of emergency events, and gradually moves on to the description and the solution of the problems caused by the tornado in Southern Moravia.
The practical portion of this bachelors' thesis is aimed at the tornado itself and the readiness of emergency medical services regarding this event. It also concerns itself with the technical readiness for an event of this type. The conclusions of this thesis raise both the risks and possible remedies to these issues.
