Tato disertační práce se zabývá problematikou klastrů a jejich rozvoje. Jejím hlavním cílem je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují proces rozvoje klastrů a navrhnout doporučení pro efektivní rozvoj klastrů v prostředí ČR.
Pro naplnění uvedených cílů byla zpracována kritická rešerše informačních zdrojů týkající se klastrů, jejich řízení a rozvoje. Poté byla definována teoretická východiska pro výzkumnou část práce, stanoveny výzkumné hypotézy a metodika výzkumu. Vlastní výzkum se zaměřil především na analýzu podmínek pro vznik a rozvoj klastrů v ČR a na analýzu vybraných klastrů v ČR i zahraničí. Pro sběr dat byly v práci použity tyto metody: analýza dostupných informačních zdrojů, dotazníkové šetření a strukturované rozhovory s manažery klastrů.
V další části práce byly na základě rešerše informačních zdrojů a vlastního šetření identifikovány faktory, které ovlivňují rozvoj klastrů, s konkrétním zaměřením na prostředí ČR. Na základě poznatků získaných provedenými analýzami a na základě dobrých praktik zahraničních klastrů byla stanovena doporučení pro české klastry týkající se jednotlivých klíčových oblastí. Implementace těchto doporučení by měla vést ke zefektivnění procesu rozvoje klastrů. Dílčím výstupem disertační práce je také soubor případových studií vybraných českých a zahraničních klastrů.
Annotation in English
The doctoral thesis is concerned with clusters and their development process. Its main objective is to identify factors influencing the development of clusters and to propose recommendations for the effective development of clusters in the Czech Republic.
A critical literary background research had been carried out to complete this objective. It was a result of an analysis of available literature from the area of clusters, their management and development. Then theoretical data for the practical part of the thesis were defined; research hypotheses and methodology were set. The research focused primarily on an analysis of conditions for the emergence and development of clusters in the Czech Republic and the analysis of selected clusters in the Czech Republic and abroad. For the data acquisitions these methods were used: an analysis of available information sources, questionnaire survey and structured interviews with managers of clusters.
In other part of the thesis were upon background research of information sources and its own investigation identified the factors affecting the development of clusters, with a particular focus on the Czech Republic. On the basis of the findings obtained by analyses carried out on the basis of good practices of foreign clusters had been established recommendations for the Czech clusters on individual key areas. Implementation of these recommendations should lead to making the process of development of clusters more effective.
