Tato práce analyzuje kulturu ve firmě SILOsystem. V teoretické části je rozebrána literatu-ra zabývající se organizační kulturou. V analytické části se práce zaměřuje především na analýzu kultury ve firmě a na vztahy mezi zaměstnanci a vedením firmy a mezi zaměst-nanci navzájem. Důležitou částí této práce je dotazník a rozhovor s jednatelem firmy, který shrnuje a analyzuje dosažené poznatky z dotazníku. V závěru jsou pak uvedena analytická zjištění a doporučení ke zlepšení organizační kultury.

This thesis examines and analyses the company culture in the SILOsystem company. The theoretical part looks at the literature dealing with organisation culture. The analytical part concentrates above all on the key considerations that play an important role in the com-pany culture analysis and which include various factors such as relations between employ-ees and top management, relations between employees themselves, company benefits and catering.
Important parts of this thesis are a questionnaire and an interview conducted with the com-pany executive manager in which the findings based on the questionnaire are analysed and summarised.
Finally, the resulting analytical findings and recommendations are introduced to show how the desired company culture can be achieved.
