Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zdraví a postojů učitelů mateřských škol ke zdraví. Jejím cílem je analyzovat problematiku zdraví a zmapovat postoje učitelů mateřských škol ke zdraví ve Zlínském kraji. Jedná se o empirickou práci. V teoretické části je představena charakteristika postojů a jejich utváření a změny. V centru autorčiny pozornosti je také problematika teoretického vymezení zdraví, která se promítá v charakteristiku důležitých aspektů podpory zdraví. Důležitou součástí teoretické části je představení procesu podpory a prevence, zdravého životního stylu a mapování možných projevů pozitivních i negativních postojů ke zdraví. Výzkumná část práce je věnovaná tvorbě metodiky výzkumu, detailům výzkumného nástroje (dotazníku) a interpretaci kvantitativního výzkumu dotazníkovým šetřením u učitelů mateřských škol ve Zlínském kraji.

Bachelor thesis deals with issues of health and attitudes of kindergarten teachers to health. Its aim is to analyze and describe the health issues and chart the attitudes of kindergarten teachers to health in the Zlin region. It is an empirical work. The theoretical part presents the characteristics attitudes and their formation and change. In the center of author's attention is the issue of the theoretical definition of health, which is reflected in the characteristics of important aspects of health promotion. An important part of the theoretical part is to introduce the process of promotion and prevention, healthy lifestyles and the mapping of possible manifestations of positive and negative attitudes towards health. The research is dedicated to the creation of the research methodology, details of the research tool (questionnaire) and interpretation of quantitative research questionnaires for kindergarten teachers in the Zlin region.
