Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací statistických metod v procesu identifikace klastrů v regionech. V první teoretické části jsou definovány cíle a metody práce a provedena re-šerše literárních zdrojů v oblasti týkající se teorie klastrů a klastrových iniciativ. Podrobně popíše matematicko-statistické metody identifikace klastrů. V praktické části bude prove-dena analýza oborů zpracovatelského průmyslu Zlínského kraje na základě metod popsa-ných v teoretické části, s cílem identifikovat obory vhodné pro vznik klastrových iniciativ. Vybrané obory budou blíže specifikovány a budou navrženy obory vhodné pro vznik no-vých klastrových iniciativ.

This Bachelor thesis clarify application of statistic methods in a process of clusters´ identi-fication in regions. In the first part aims and methods of the thesis are defined, as well as the survey of literary sources that concern cluster theory and cluster initiatives area. Ma-thematic-statistic methods of clusters´ identification is more detailed expound. The practi-cal part analyze branches of processing industry of Zlín region based on methods explained in the theoretical part aimed at identification of branches advisable to arise the cluster initi-ative. Selected branches of processing industry are to be enlarge specified and will be sug-gested branches appropriate for new cluster initiative foundation.
