Diplomová práce ,,Komunikace v zátěžových situacích u HZS" je zaměřena na krizovou komunikaci u členů hasičských záchranných sborů v Přerově a Kojetíně a také u členů
sboru dobrovolných hasičů v obcích Lobodice a Brodek u Přerova. Teoretická část
je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů jako je komunikace a krizová komunikace,
na které následně navazují kapitoly, které popisují zátěžové situace, krizovou intervenci
a první psychickou pomoc. Praktická část obsahuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření,
jež se zabýval znalostí krizové komunikace ze strany respondentů, školením
nebo ovlivňováním zasahujících složek při řešení KS.
Annotation in English
The diploma thesis is focused on an emergency communication between the different members of Fire Emergency Brigades in Prerov and Kojetin as well as the volunteer fire brigades in the villages of Lobodice and Brodek by Prerov. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of basic terms such as communication
and crisis communication which are followed by the chapters depicting the cases of crisis situations, crisis intervensions and providing of psychological support on the scene
of accident. The practical part contains the results of evaluation of questionnaires which dealt with knowledge and experince with crisis situations of the people surveyed, then with the training and then with the rescue services intervening in crisis situations. The results of the questionnaires consequently propose measures to improve
procedures.
