Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření projektu na zefektivnění procesů interní logistiky ve vybrané společnosti, která se zabývá výrobou regranulátu z recyklovaných materiálů. Základem této práce je důkladná analýza všech procesů interní logistiky, jako je manipulace s materiálem, skladování i samotná výroba regranulátu. Výsledky jednotlivých analýz jsou důsledně vyhodnoceny. Výstupy analýz pak slouží jako podklad pro vypracování samotného projektu. Cílem projektu je snížení vzdáleností materiálového toku. Pro řešení této problematiky jsou použity metody průmyslového inženýrství.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to create a project to streamline the processes of internal logistics in a selected company, which deals with the production of regranulate from recycled materials. The basis of this work is a thorough analysis of all internal logistics processes, such as material handling, storage and the actual production of regranulate. The results of individual analyzes are thoroughly evaluated. The outputs of the analyzes then serve as a basis for the elaboration of the project itself. The aim of the project is to reduce material flow distances. Industrial engineering methods are used to solve this problem.
