Annotation	Téma mé bakalářské práce je ''Rozvoj výpočetní techniky a jeho sociální aspekty‘‘. V práci je popsána historie výpočetní techniky, Internetu a využití počítačů ve školství. Je zde popsána funkce a využití systému pro rozpoznávání registračních značek LOOK u dopravní policie. V poslední části práce se dozvíme o sociálních aspektech při výběru výpočetní techniky. Výpočetní technika je mým koníčkem, proto jsem zvolil toto téma.
Annotation in English	Theme of my baccalaureate work is ''Development of computer technology and its´ social aspects‘‘. There is described history of computer science development, Internet and using computers in education. There is described characteristics of the LOOK system in traffic police. There are described social aspects of choosing computer technology in the last part. Computer technology is my hobby, so I chose this theme.
