Ústředním tématem diplomové práce je problematika klimatu školy. Text je veden snahou vystihnout důležité rysy tohoto fenoménu a ukotvit jeho teoretický rámec.
Východiskem k pochopení klimatu je osvětlení základní terminologie. Práce je členěna do dvou částí: části teoretické a části praktické.
Hlavním cílem výzkumu je zjistit, jak kulturní rozdíly ovlivňují pozitivní klima ve třídě mateřské školy z pohledu rodičů.
V teoretické části se zaměřuji na klíčové oblasti, které přímo souvisejí s možným ovlivněním vzdělávání dítěte v předškolním věku. Je rozčleněna na pět kapitol. Pokusila jsem se o vymezení základních pojmů vztahujících se k této problematice a stručně pojednat o faktorech, které udržují a utvářejí klima ve školní třídě, působí na něj a ovlivňují je.
Od rodinného zázemí, kulturní odlišnosti a odlišný mateřský jazyk.
Na teoretickou část práce navazuje praktická část, která je zaměřena na zjišťování klimatu v dané třídě.
Praktická část popisuje akční výzkum vybrané třídy. V praktické části je provedeno výzkumné šetření v konkrétní třídě mateřské školy. Toto šetření je za pomoci akčního výzkumu formou dotazníkového šetření, věnuje se výzkumnému šetření zaměřenému na vnímání školního klimatu z pohledu rodičů dětí vybrané třídy mateřské školy.
Po vyhodnocení dotazníku je vytvořen návrh možných řešení k vyskytujícímu se problému v konkrétní třídě. Nastínění možných řečení a aplikace v praxi.

The central topic of the thesis is the issue of school climate. The text is guided by an effort to capture the important features of this phenomenon and anchor its theoretical framework. The starting point for understanding climate is the illumination of basic terminology.
The work is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The main goal of the research is to find out how cultural differences affect the positive climate in the kindergarten classroom from the parents' point of view.
In the theoretical part, I focus on key areas that are directly related to the possible influence of a child's education in preschool age. It is divided into five chapters. I tried to define the basic terms related to this issue and briefly discuss the factors that maintain and shape the climate in the school classroom, affect it and influence it. From family background, cultural differences and different mother tongue.
The theoretical part of the work is followed by a practical part, which is focused on determining the climate in the given class.
The practical part describes the action research of the selected class. In the practical part, a research investigation is carried out in a specific kindergarten class. This investigation is with the help of action research in the form of a questionnaire survey, dedicated to the research investigation focused on the perception of the school climate from the point of view of the parents of the children of the selected kindergarten class. After evaluating the questionnaire, a proposal for possible solutions to the occurring problem in a specific class is created. Outline of possible sayings and application in practice.
