Annotation Tato práce je zaměřena na sociální faktory ovlivňující trestnou činnost mládeže. Teoretická část charakterizuje determinanty vzniku a rozvoje kriminality mládeže, trestnou činnost mládeže, sociální faktory ovliňující vznik kriminality, jakou jsou například rodina, škola, společnost apod. Dále zahrnuje prevenci kriminality a vývoj kriminality mládeže. V praktické části je provádě analýza trestné činnosti páchané mládeží na okrese Zlín v určitém časovém období.
Annotation in English This thesis deals with social factors which have influenced criminal activity of young people. The theoretical part describes reasons of the origin and rising crime of young people, criminal activity of children and youth, social factors which have influenced the origin of crime, such as family, heredity, school, society and so on. Crime prevention and rising crime of children and youth are also included. Analysis of criminal activities perpetrated by children and young people in the District of Zlín in a certain time period is realised in fhe practical part.

Tato práce je zaměřena na sociální faktory ovlivňující trestnou činnost mládeže. Teoretická část charakterizuje determinanty vzniku a rozvoje kriminality mládeže, trestnou činnost mládeže, sociální faktory ovliňující vznik kriminality, jakou jsou například rodina, škola, společnost apod. Dále zahrnuje prevenci kriminality a vývoj kriminality mládeže. V praktické části je provádě analýza trestné činnosti páchané mládeží na okrese Zlín v určitém časovém období.

This thesis deals with social factors which have influenced criminal activity of young people.
