Annotation Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a zkonstruovat vstřikovací formu daný plastový díl automobilu, kterým je kryt předního světlometu pro vůz škoda Fabia. První část práce se zaměřuje na teorii polymerů, technologie vstřikování, konstrukce vstřikovaných dílů a vstřikovacích forem. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje popis návrhu a konstrukce celé vstři-kovací formy včetně 3D modelu vyráběné součásti, 3D modelu vstřikovací formy a 2D výkresové dokumentace sestavy formy.
Annotation in English The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and construct injection mould for specific automotive part, which is an inner cover of front headlight designed for Škoda Fabia. In first part, this thesis is focused on theory of polymer materials, injection moulding tech-nology and construction of moulded parts and construction of injection moulds. Second part deals with injection mould design and construction, including a 3D model of the spe-cified part along with a 3D model of the mould and creation of a 2D assembly drawings.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout a zkonstruovat vstřikovací formu daný plastový díl automobilu, kterým je kryt předního světlometu pro vůz škoda Fabia. První část práce se zaměřuje na teorii polymerů, technologie vstřikování, konstrukce vstřikovaných dílů a vstřikovacích forem. Druhá, praktická část obsahuje popis návrhu a konstrukce celé vstři-kovací formy včetně 3D modelu vyráběné součásti, 3D modelu vstřikovací formy a 2D výkresové dokumentace sestavy formy.
