Cílem této diplomové práce je prozkoumání životnosti kompozitních sendvičových kon-strukcí při únavovém cyklickém zatížení.
Teoretická část diplomové práce popisuje kompozitní materiály, jejich bližší využití u au-tomobilových závodních speciálů a v dalších průmyslech. Dále jsou rozvedeny požadavky na kompozitní sendvičové konstrukce, druhy jejich poruch odvíjejících se od únavového cyklického zatížení. V závěru teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pravidla pro používání inser-tových vložek a téma ke statistickému zpracování malých souborů pomocí Hornova postu-pu.
V praktické části je popsán návrh a výroba zkušebních tělísek, následné testování a statis-tické zpracování naměřených hodnot, ze kterých se následně vytvořily výsledné křivky s popisem vad kompozitních sendvičových vzorků.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the Viability of Composite Sandwich Con-struction. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis describes composite materials, their use in automotive racing specialties and other industries. Further, requirements for composite sandwich structures, types of their fatigue-related failures are explained. At the end of the theoretical part, the rules for using inserts and the topic of statistical processing of small parts using Horn's method are explained The practical part describes the design and manu-facture of test parts, subsequent testing and statistical processing of the measured values, from which the resulting Wöhler curves with the description of the defects of the compo-site sandwich samples were created.
