Tématem této bakalářské práce je analýza řízení pohledávek ve firmě Getec spol. s r.o. Úkolem je provést analýzu a navrhnout a doporučit firmě vhodné postupy zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Teoretická část byla zpracována pomocí literární rešerše a obsahuje charakteristiku pohledávek, jejich řízení a vymáhání. Na úvod praktické části byla charakterizovaná firma Getec spol. s r.o. a následně byla provedena stručná finanční analýza účetních výkazů. Dále byla provedena analýza pohledávek za období 2011 až 2013. Z analýzy vyplynulo, že pohledávky po splatnosti ve firmě činily až 60 % z celkových pohledávek. Ve druhé polovině praktické části byly popsány a analyzovány dosavadní postupy zajišťování a vymáhání. Na závěr práce byla navržena konkrétní doporučení pro firmu.

The topic of this Bachelor thesis is the analysis of receivables management in the Getec spol. s r.o company. The task is to make the analysis, propose and recommend appropriate procedures of securing and collecting of receivables. The theoretical part, worked out by means of literary research, contains a description of receivables, their management and collecting. At the beginning of the practical part the Getec spol. s r.o company was described, followed by a concise financial analysis of its accounting statements. Further on the receivables in the period between the years of 2011 and 2013 were analysed. This analysis shows that the receivables past due date in the Company make up to 60 % of the total amount of receivables. The second half of the practical part describes and analyses the existing procedures of securing and collecting. In the conclusion there were specific recommendations proposed for the Company.
