Bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitropodnikovými účetními směrnicemi. Cílem práce je navrhnout změny ve vnitropodnikových směrnicích společnosti XY s. r. o. na základě analýzy jejich současného stavu. V teoretické části je práce zaměřena na význam, účel a tvorbu směrnic. Dále navazuje kapitola popisující problematiku vybraných vnitropodnikových účetních směrnic. V praktické části je na úvod představena společnost XY s. r. o., dále je provedena analýza vybraných vnitropodnikových směrnic společnosti. Na základě analýzy jsou navrhnuty změny v oblasti účtového rozvrhu a ostatních směrnic, které mají vést ke zlepšení stávajícího stavu.

This bachelor thesis deals with internal accounting directives. The aim is to propose changes to internal company's directives at the company XY s. r. o. based on an analysis of their current situation. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the meaning, purpose and creation of directives. The bachelor thesis then continues with a chapter describing selected issues of internal accounting directives. The practical part of the thesis begins with an introduction of the company XY s. r. o., and continues with analysis of the selected company's internal directives. Based on the analysis the thesis suggests changes in the chart of accounts and other directives which should lead to improvement of the current situation.
