Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou souvislostí mezi psychologickými předpoklady řízení rozvoje autority vedoucích směn a jejich řízení a samostatnou činností ve funkci vedoucích směn Městské policie Trutnov. Ve své práci jsem uskutečnil předvýzkum několika problémových situací a ověřil psychologické předpoklady, s důrazem na metodu sociálního učení k řízení rozvoje autority vedoucích směn.

This bachelor work deals with analysis of relations between psychological presumptions of the shift heads’ authority development and their leading and an individual authority in the possition of the shift heads at the Town Police in Trutnov.
In my work I realized a pre-research of several problematic situations and authenticated the presumptions with an emphasis on the method of social learning. The first part of this bachelor work is focused on explanation of basic terms and characteristics of the contemporary Town Police in Trutnov. In the second part I tried to analyse the social-psychological conception of authority and the basic leading methods.
All the experience are supposed to be used for the shift heads’ authotity development and improvement.
