Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti Avex Steel
Products, s.r.o. Je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se formou literární rešerše zabývá vymezením klasických i moderních měřítek výkonnosti. V praktické části je provedena finanční analýza hospodaření společnosti a zhodnocen sou-časný stav měření výkonnosti ve společnosti. Dále je navržena implementace vhodného systému řízení výkonnosti do společnosti Avex Steel Products a jsou vymezeny náklady, rizika a přínosy implementace.

This Master's thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the Avex Steel Products, s.r.o. Company. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part, which is written in the form of a literature review, deals with the definition of classical and modern performance measurement indicators. In the practical part the financial analysis of the company management is performed and the current state of performance measurement in the company is assessed. Furthermore, an implementation of a suitable performance management system into the Avex Steel Products Company is proposed and the costs, risks and benefits of the implementation are defined.
