Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením kvality života u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se dělí do třech hlavních kapitol, které se zabývají pojmem cévní mozková příhoda a následně popisem ischemické a hemoragické formy. Druhá kapitola se zabývá péčí o pacienty po cévní mozkové příhodě a poslední část vymezuje pojem kvalita života. Pro praktickou část práce byl zvolen kvantitativní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl tvořen z vlastních otázek autora zaměřujících se na informovanost o tomto onemocnění a ze standardizovaného dotazníku WHOQOL-BREF k vyhodnocení kvality života. Prezentované výsledky zjišťují, že jsou jedinci méně informováni o příznacích a možnostech následné péče. Může to být také jeden z důvodu, proč je kvalita života snížena především v oblasti fyzického zdraví.
Annotation in English
This Bachelor's thesis deals with the assessment of the quality of life of patients after stroke. This thesis is divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is divided into three main chapters which deal with the concept of stroke and further with the description of ischemic and hemorrhagic forms. The second chapter describes the treatment of patients after stroke and the last chapter defines the term "quality of life". In the practical part, quantitative research using a questionnaire was chosen. The survey was created using the author's questions focusing on the awareness of this illness and using the standardized WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire to assess the quality of life. The presented results show that the individuals are less informed about the symptoms and the possibilities of after-care. This might also be one of the reasons why the quality of life is reduced mainly in the area of physical health.
