Identifikace rizik je základním krokem zaměstnavatele na úseku BOZP a z této identifikace rozik vychází i koncepce řízení BOZP ve firmě, současně i navazující dokumentace BOZP.
Žádná pracovní činnost není bez rizika a cílem managementu firmy minimalizace ohrožení člověka v pracovním procesu, přičemž úplné vyloučení rizik je prakticky nemožné. proto se určitá míra rizik považuje za přijatelnou vzhledem k současnému stavu vědeckých, technických a dalších poznatků. Cílem zaměstnavatele je odstranění či snížení veškerých rizik ohrožení zdraví v souvislosti s výkonem činnosti u zaměstnavatele.
projekt má definovat vhodnou organizaci BOZP a přijímání opatření k prevenci rizik, zjišťovat příčiny a zdroje rizik a přijímat opatření k jejich odstranněí či snížení. Současně jsou další možnosti využití managemntu rizik při práci, a to: seznamování vlastních i cizích zaměstnanců s riziky práce, poznatky pro další vývoj firmy, snížení nákladů na odstranění následných škod, snížení pojistného a zlepšení vybavení pracovišť vhodnými technickými prostředky a vybavení zaměstnanců OOPP.
Cíle práce: analyzovat současný stav v oblasti managementu rizik ve firmě, současné náklady a zpracovat projekt ke snížení škod a rizik poškození zdraví zaměstnanců z hlediska BOZP; organizace, plánování, řízení a výkon podnikatelských činností za účelem snížení nákladů na provoz firmy z hlediska možných škod na zdraví a majektu.
Metody zpracování: SWOT analýza podnikatelských rizik ve vztahu k BOZP ve firmě formou sběru dat; systémový přístup k řešení informačních toků pomocí výpočetní techniky.

Identification of risks is the basic step of the employer in the field of safety and protection of health at work (SPHW) and the conception of SPHW control within the company and the linked SPHW documentation are based on this identification.
Any working activity includes a risk and the goal of the company management is to minimise jeopardising of its employees in the working process, whilst complete elimination of risks is in practice impossible. Therefore a certain level of risks is acceptable due to current level of scientific, technical and other knowledge. The employer’s goal is to reduce or eliminate all risks and jeopardising of health in connection with the performance of work by the employer.
The project has to define a suitable organisation of SPHW and take measures to prevent risks, find causes and sources of risks and take measures for their elimination or reduction. There are also other possibilities to use the risk control at work, in particular: familiarise own and external workers with risks at work, new knowledge for further development of the company, reduction of costs for remedy of the consequent damages, reduction of insurance charges and improvement of workplace equipment using suitable technical means and PPE of the employers.
Goals of the work:
Analyse the current situation in the risk control within the company and the current costs; develop a project to reduce damages and risks of impairment of health of the employees in view of SPHW; implement organisation, planning, management a performance of business activities for the purpose to reduce costs for operation of the company in view of possible damages to health and property.
Processing methods:
SWOT analysis of business risks in relation to SPHW within the company in a form of data collection; system approach to the solution of information flows using PC equipment.
