Bakalářská práce rozděluje nejčastěji zneužívané návykové látky, trestnou činnost související s drogovou problematikou a předkládá pohled na rodinu jako na základní preventivní prvek před problémy s návykovými látkami.
Cílem teoretické části je ukázat na ty drogy, které mladí lidé nejčastěji zneužívají, způsoby jejich opatřování a jejich nebezpečnost. Na trestnou činnost s drogami související.
Praktická část má za úkol orientačně zmapovat situaci, která provází cestu jedince k setkání s drogou a následné ''drogové kriminalitě‘‘. Cílem průzkumu je také zjistit právní vědomí jedinců, kteří se opakovaně setkali s drogou a potvrdit nebo vyvrátit stanovené předpoklady.

The bachelor thesis divides the most frequently used addictive substances, criminality connected with the drug abuse, and offers the idea of family as a prevention element.
The aim of the theoretical part is to demonstrate the drugs that the youth most frequently abuse, ways of obtaining them, and their danger. It also shows the criminality connected with the drugs.
The practical part tries to map the path of the individual to the drug and the following drug criminality. The aim of the survey is also to find out about the legal consciousness of the individuals who repeatedly met with the drug, and thus either prove or refute the established theory.
