Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování oblíbenosti předmětů žáky a na oblíbenosti učitelů. V první části jsou popsána témata, jako vzdělání, vzdělávání, učení a význam vzdělávání. Další část jsou věnovány osobnosti učitelů a jeho profesní kvalitě, dále osobnostem žáků, možnostem a způsobům vzdělávání a výchovy. Poslední část je věnována interakcím mezi učiteleme a žákem v rámci výchovně-vzdělávacího procesu. Praktická část se věnuje posouzení oblíbenosti a neoblíbenosti vyučovaných předmětů a učitelů na středních školách všeobecného zaměření ve Zlínském kraji.

The aim of diploma work is spyining of the popularity learning subjects by the scholars and detekcion if has influence of the popular subjekt for the succesful of the schlor.In the first sections are describeof the themes, as the educations, the teachings and meaning of the educations. In another sections are describe of the individuality of the teachers and of the teachers professional quality, next of the individuality of the students and of the potential and possibility of the educations and training. The end sections are devoting an interaction betwen teachers and students in the compass in the educations process. Of the practical sectins assess of the popularity and of the don´t popularity learning subjekt and teachers on the universals seconds achools in region Zlin.
