Vo svojej diplomovej práci sa zaoberám sociálnym programom a starostlivosťou o profesionálnych vojakov Ozbrojených síl Slovenskej republiky.
Hlavným cieľom tejto práce je zistiť nedostatky súčasného stavu v oblasti sociálneho zabezpečenia a starostlivosti o profesionálnych vojakov a navrhnúť ich riešenia.
Na základe štúdie odbornej literatúry je vypracovaná teoretická časť, ktorá uvádza čitateľa do problematiky sociálnej politiky. V praktickej časti sú uvedené základné informácie o Ozbrojených silách Slovenskej republiky a jej úlohy ktoré plní, a ďalej popisujem aktuálny stav v oblasti starostlivosti a sociálneho zabezpečenie profesionálnych vojakov. V projektovej časti poukazujem na konkrétne problémy, ktoré ďalej popisujem a vysvetľujem, a nakoniec navrhujem metódy ich riešenia na odstránenie.

In my Master thesis, I deal with the social program and care for professional soldiers of Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic.
The aim of the Master thesis is to find the imperfections in the current state in the area of the social welfare and care for the professional soldiers and suggest their solutions.
The theory is based on the studies of the authority’s literature and presents to the readers basic terms of social policy. In the practical part there is presented the basic information about the Armed Forces of the Slovak Republic and the tasks which are fulfilled and subsequently there is described the present status in the area of the care and the social welfare of the professional soldiers. In the project part there are referred the specific problems which are further described and explained and finally there are suggested methods of their solutions how to remove these problems.
