Tato práce se zabývá inovací programu pro řízení mazání pneumatik na nákladním testoru Hofmann, pomocí PLC Simatic S5-100U. První část práce se věnuje teorii, popisuje typy PLC z řad Simaticu S5, dále popisuje programovací přístroje a v závěru teoretické části se věnuje principu programování řídícího systému Simatic. Praktická část seznamuje s funkcí jednotlivých částí linky se zaměřením na mazací stanici. Zde jsou na třech úpravách pro-gramu zobrazeny praktické ukázky diagnostiky za provozu stroje, vysvětlená funkce jednotlivých částí vstupních, výstupních a pomocných proměnných programu Step 5.
Annotation in English
This diploma thesis looks at innovations of the program for control of greasing of pneuma-tics on cargo tester Hofmann using PLC Simatic S5-100U. The theory part is addressed in the first part of the thesis. At first types of PLC of Simatic S5 are described followed by description of programming machines. At the end of the theory part the thesis specifies the principle of programming of control system of Simatic. Application part introduces functions of individual parts of the model focusing on greasing machine. In consequence, practical trials of diagnostics are depicted using three different settings of the program while the unit is operating. Finally, the function of individual parts of input, output and auxiliary variables of the Step 5 program is described.

1. Popište proces výstupní kontroly hotových pneumatik se zaměřením na přípravu kontroly.
2. Definujte všechny vstupní a výstupní proměnné měřené a ovládané pomocí PLC související s výše zmíněnou operací.
3. Definujte všechny možné poruchové stavy a možnosti diagnostiky.
4. Vytvořte program v prostředí Step 5 řešící ovládání procesu mazání plášťů.
