Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat formou literární rešerše popis transportu živin v lidském organizmu. V předložené bakalářské práci jsou bližším způsobem popsány bu-něčné membrány a jejich struktura. Dále jsou specifikovány typy transportů hmoty přes membrány, konkrétně aktivní transport, pasivní transport a transport pomocí vezikul. Zvláštní pozornost se věnuje transportu živin přes krev. Z hlediska komplexnosti se pak pozornost věnuje transportu vitaminu, a to zejména vitaminu C, B12 a D. V neposlední řadě se bakalářská práce zaměřuje na popis transportu živin přes trávicí ústrojí. Zde jsou jednak popsány jednotlivé orgány trávicí soustavy a vlastní průběh trávení. V poslední části jsou popsány konkrétní živiny a v této souvislosti je zde stručně naznačen také transport glukózy přes buněčnou membránu, glykolýza, pentózafosfátový cyklus a glukoneogeneze. Závěrem se bakalářská práce věnuje problematice trávení, vstřebávání proteinů a transportu aminokyselin přes buněčnou membránu.
Annotation in English
The aim of this bachelor thesis was focused on preparation of the literature review describ-ing transport of nutrition in the human body. In the thesis presented there are described in more detail cellular membranes, namely the active, passive and transport mediated by vesi-cles. Simultaneously with the latter, a special attention is focused on transport of nutrition by means of blood system. With respect to the complexity point of view, the author´s attention is then focused on transport of vitamins, mainly the vitamin C, B12 and vitamin D. Another chapter is dealing with description of nutrition transport via digestive tract. Here nonetheless are described individual organs constituting digestive tract and process of di-gestion. The last chapter describes the nutrients. With respect to the latter, the brief descrip-tion of the glucose transport via cellular membrane, glycolysis, pentosephosphate pathway and gluconeogenesis is offered. In the last chapter, the attention is focused on problems of digestion and absorption of the proteins and of amino acids via cellular membrane.
