Autor provedl kritickou analýzu stávající společnosti (DLCT s.r.o.) s využitím standardních metod strategické analýzy (SLEPT, Porter apod.). Zpracoval souhrnnou SWOT analýzu, která potvrdila nezbytnost změn v činnosti jednotlivých oddělení společnosti.
Získané poznatky a jejich kritické vyhodnocení se staly východiskem pro formulaci návrhů, které by mohly napomoci řešení problémů. Navržené postupy by měly sloužit jako doporučení vrcholovému managementu společnosti k rozhodnutí a realizaci. Všechna navržená opatření by měla pomoct vedení naplnit strategické cíle společnosti, tj. udržení konkurenčních výhod před rivaly a pozice leadra v oboru.

The author carried out the critical analysis of the current company (DLCT s.r.o.) with the use of the standard tools of strategic analysis (SLEPT, Porter etc.). She also worked out a summary SWOT analysis, which has confirmed the necessity of changes in various departments of the company.
Gained information and its critical evaluation served out as a basis for formulation of proposals which could help to solve company´s problems. The proposed procedures should serve as a recommendation for top management of the company for verdict and implementation. All those proposals could help the company to realize strategic tasks as are to maintain competitive advantage compared to rivals and the leading position in branch.
