Meine Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der sprachlichen Analyse von ausgewählten Transportaufträgen eines Speditionsunternehmens.
Der theoretische Teil befasst sich mit der Kundenkommunikation, der Geschäftskorrespondenz, den Geschäftsbriefarten und vor allem mit dem Transportauftrag eines Speditionsunternehmens. Es werden auch Grundbegriffe aus der Logistik erläutert.
In dem praktischen Teil werden drei grundlegende Arten des Transportauftrages gründlich analysiert.
Das Ziel der Bachelorarbeit besteht darin, die Transportaufträge von verschiedenen Aspekten zu untersuchen, um zu bestimmen, welcher Textsorte der Transportauftrag zugeordnet werden soll.

My Bachelor thesis deals with a linguistic analysis of selected transport orders of a forwarding company.
The theoretical part describes the customer communication, the business correspondence, the types of business letters and especially the transport order of a forwarding company. It also explains the basic terms of logistics. In the practical part there are three basic types of transport orders thoroughly analysed.
The aim of the thesis is to analyse the transport orders from several aspects, to determine to which type of text it has to be assigned.
