Diese Bachelorarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Darstellung von Vormärz (1815 - 1848) in Brünner Zeitung. Im theoretischen Teil werden nicht nur die historischen Ereignisse des Vormärz in der Habsburgermonarchie, sondern auch die Funktion des Journalismus und seine Geschichte in der Welt und in Brünn beschrieben. Im praktischen Teil werden ausgewählte Zeitungsartikel analysiert und die Macht der Zensur in der Vormärzzeit reflektiert.

In this (bachelor) thesis a portrait of the Pre-March Period (1815 1848) in Brno's newspapers will be discussed. The history of the Habsburg Monarchy in the Pre-March Period, the functions of journalism and also its history in the world and Brno will be described in the theoretical part. In the practical part chosen features will be analysed followed by a reflection on the power of censorship in the Pre-March Period.
