Die vorgelegte Bachelorarbeit ist der Problematik der substantivischen Komposita in dem deutschen Gesellschaftsvertrag gewidmet. Sie besteht aus zwei Hauptteilen, aus dem theoretischen Teil und dem praktischen Teil. Der erste Teil beschäftigt sich mit der Problematik der Wortbildung. Er setzt sich aus vier Kapiteln zusammen: Wortbildung im Deutschen, Wortbildungsarten, Substantivische Komposition und Fachsprache. Im praktischen Teil werden die Nominalkomposita, die ich in den Gesellschaftsverträgen aufgesucht habe analysiert, es wurde untersucht welche Erstglieder in den Zusammensetzungen vorkommen. Ergebnisse meiner Untersuchung werden in der Zusammensetzung präsentiert.

The presented bachelor´s thesis is dedicated to the problem of analyses of contracts focusing on the usage of compound nouns in legalese. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part deals with issues of morphology. Furthermore, the theoretical part is divided into four chapters: German Morphology, Types of Morphology, Substantive Composition and Professional Language. In the practical part, nominal compounds found in partnership agreements are analyzed focusing on the first member of composition. Finding of the research are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
