Constitution of Top Class Czech Productive Enterprises of with the Emphasis on Theoretical and Practical Outputs of Tomas Bata Business
Disertační práce je obsahově orientována na konstituování českých výrobních firem světové třídy s akcentem na teoretické a praktické výstupy baťovského podnikání. Favorizovaným cílem práce se stává vybudování a ověřování originálního modelu, včetně moderních metodických zásad pro danou oblast, vycházejících především z dlouhodobého vědeckovýzkumného záměru FaME UTB ve Zlíně v období 2000 - 2005 se zaměřením na konkurenceschopnost českých průmyslových výrobců. Symbióza presentovaného poznání vychází z báze vlastních a interních výsledků vědeckovýzkumného řešení v konfrontaci se světovými trendy, hybnými silami výkonnosti českých výrobních firem, životaschopnou funkcí rotoru a statoru inovačního dynama preferovaných zeměmi OECD, konkurenčním zámkem výrobní firmy, spolu s adresnými teoretickými a praktickými výstupy baťovského podnikání. Toto skloubené pojetí umocňuje provázanost Baťovy soustavy řízení s možností implantace zásad a nástupu České školy řízení výrobních firem.
Annotation in English
The thesis deals with the constitution of Czech productive enterprises of top class with the emphasis on the theoretical and practical outputs of Tomas Bata business. The construction and the verification of the origin model, including the recent methodological principles for certain area ranging from the long-term research project of FaME UTB in Zlín during years 2000 - 2005 with the direction to the competitiveness of Czech industrial producers is the favor objective of the thesis. The symbiosis of the presented knowledge is ranging from the base of own and internal results of the research solution in the confrontation with world trends, motive forces of the performance of Czech productive enterprises, with the viable function of rotor and stator of the innovation dynamo preferred with the OECD countries, then with the competitive lock of the productive enterprise together with the addressed theoretical and practical outputs of Tomas Bata business. This compact theory involves the cohesion of the Tomas Bata management system with the possibility of the implementation of the principles and accession of Czech school of management of the productive enterprises.
