Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit společnosti oblast sociálního systému zaměřenou na hodnocení služeb v domově pro seniory. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zabývá porovnáním obecných služeb jako takových se sociálními službami s ohledem na historii a možnosti pro zaopatření uživatelů. Úvodní část bakalářské práce se zabývá vybranými pojmy z oblasti sociálního systému. Hlavní cíl bakalářské práce je zaměřen na zhodnocení kvality sociálních služeb. Pozornost je dále soustředěna na registraci poskytovatele sociálních služeb, oblast financování, příspěvek na péči a jeho formu poskytování, standardy a právní úpravu v sociální oblasti. Závěr teoretické části tvoří problematika stáří uživatelů a pobytová služba domova pro seniory. Praktická část bakalářské práce se zabývá kvantitativním výzkumem, jehož hlavním cílem je zjistit spokojenost uživatelů s poskytovanými službami formou dotazníku. Dotazník je zaměřen na služby, které jsou dále rozděleny na čtyři oblasti. V závěru praktické části proběhne celkové shrnutí výsledků výzkumu.

Aim of this work is to describe the social systém focused on the evaluation of services in the home for the elderly. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the comparison of general services such as social services with regard to history and options for the support of users. The opening part of the thesis deals with some concepts of the social system. The main aim of the bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the quality of social services. Attention should be paid to the registered providers of social services, the fading contribution to the care and the form of the provision, standards and legislation in the social field. The conclusion of the theoretical part is the problem of the age of the users and residential service in the home for the elderly. The practical part of the thesis deals with the quantitative research, the main objective is to determine user satisfaction with the services provided by a questionnaire. The questionnaire focuses on services, which are further divided into four areas. Conclusion of the practical part will be a summary of there search results.
