Cieľom práce je analyzovať súčasný informačný podnikový systém a zistiť jeho nedostatky. Práca je rozdelená štandardne na dve časti, a to teoretickú časť a praktickú časť. V teoretickej časti je vo všeobecnosti rozpísaný podnikový informačný systém spolu so znalosťami aj z oblasti výroby. Praktická časť ponúka v úvode predstavenie samotnej spoločnosti, s jej krátkou históriou či produktmi. Rovnako v tejto kapitole možno vidieť aj hlavnú časť práce a to analýzu súčasného stavu podnikového informačného systému. Na základe výsledkov analýzy sú v závere práce predložené návrhy na zlepšenie celého podnikového informačného systému.

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current enterprise information system and to identify its shortcomings. The work is divided by default into two parts, namely the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part generally describes the enterprise information system, along with knowledge in the field od production. The practical part offers an introduction to the company itself, with its short history or products. Also in this chapter you can see the main part of the work, namely the analysis of the current state of the enterprise information system. Based on the results of the analysis, proposals for improving the entire enterprise information system are presented at the end of the work.
