Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí fyzické distribuce ve firmě a jejími zlepšeními. Je zaměřena na oblasti zákaznického servisu, řízení stavu zásob a vyřizování objednávek. V projektové části byly pomocí analýzy identifikovány hlavní oblasti pro zlepšení fyzické distribuce firmy a navrženo jejich řešení.

This diploma project is concerned with topics such as physical distribution in the company and its improvement. It targeted the areas of customer service, managing of stock level and handling of orders. In the project part, using an analysis, main areas for improvement were identified and suggested the solutions.
