Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat analýzou dlouhodobého majetku a zhodnocením budoucí investice v dané společnosti. V teoretické části bude charakterizován dlouhodobý majetek z pohledu rozdělení, pořízení, oceňování, odepisování apod. Další část teorie bude věnována vysvětlením pojmů investice, investiční rozhodování a budou uvedeny metody hodnocení efektivnosti investice. Na začátku praktické části bude charakterizována daná společnost. Poté bude proveden rozbor dlouhodobého hmotného majetku za poslední tři roky. Dále bude pomocí různých metod zhodnocena efektivnost investice. Z výsledků bude patrné, zda společnost investici uskuteční a jaké budou přínosy.

This Batchelor´s work will deal with the analysis of the long-term property and with the evaluation of the future investment in a stated company. In the theoretical part the long-term property wil be characterized from the wiev of sorting, purchasing, monetary value, depreciations etc. The next part of theory will be devoted to explanation of the terms as investment, investment decisions and the methods of investment efficiency evaluation. At the beginning of the practical part the stated company will be characterized. Then the analysis of the long-term tangible property during the last three years will be described. The next step will deal with the evaluation of the investment efficiency. The results should show us if the company decides to realize the investment and what contributions it will bring.
