Tato diplomová práce má za úkol zabývat se netradičním druhem ovoce - zimolezem (Lonicera caerulea). Poskytuje informace o botanické charakteristice a chemickém složení tohoto ovoce. U 9 odrůd byly provedeny chemické analýzy - obsah sušiny, refrakce, celko-vý obsah kyselin a obsah minerálních prvků u jednotlivých odrůd zimolezu. Práce také popisuje účinky a vlivy zimolezu na lidský organismus a možnosti jeho využití a zpracování v potravinářství.

This thesis has the task to become familiar with unusual fruit - blue honeysuckle (Lonicera caerulea). Provides information on the botanical characteristics and chemical composition of fruits. The 9 cultivars were carried out chemical analysis - dry matter content, refraction, by the total acidity and mineral elements in the cultivars of honeysuckle. The thesis also describes the effects and impacts of blue honeysuckle on the human body and its possible use and handling of food.
