Annotation Práce popisuje historický vývoj saunování, uspořádání sauny a jednotlivé fáze saunování. Pozornost je dále věnována pozitivnímu vlivu saunování na lidský organismus včetně možných rizik a správnému postupu saunování. Zmíněny jsou také další možnosti terapie.
Annotation in English The work describes the historical development of the sauna bathing, arrangement of the sauna and each phase of sauna bathing. Attention is dedicated to positive sauna effect on the body including risks and correct procedure of sauna bathing. Mentioned are also other options therapy.
