Diplomová práce s názvem Strategie regenerace brownfields v regionu Holešovsko je roz-dělena do dvou částí, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je vymezen základní pojem brownfields, vymezení charakteristik takových lokalit a jejich typologie. Dále se práce zabývá regenerací lokalit brownfields, se kterou jsou spojeny překážky rege-nerace a nástroje podporující regeneraci lokalit brownfields. V praktické části diplomové práce je provedena socioekonomická analýza mikroregionu Holešovsko. Na základě vy-braných atributů je provedena analýza lokalit brownfields ve sledovaném území a je vytvo-řena jejich aktualizovaná databáze. Z této databáze byla vybrána jedna lokalita brown-fields- farma Přílepy, pro kterou byl vytvořen projekt regenerace. Nejprve byla provedena SWOT analýza této lokality a následuje projekt regenerace, který nabízí obci Přílepy jak využít chátrající farmu pro rozvoj celé obce.

My Master thesis named Strategy of regeneration brownfields in the Holešovsko region, it has been divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. There is defines the basic concept of brownfields, defines characteristics of these habitat and their typology. Than the Master thesis deals with the regeneration of brownfield sites, which are associated with obstacles of regeneration and tools supporting the regeneration of brownfield sites. In the practical part of the Master thesis is a socioeconomic analysis of Holešovsko region. On the basis of selected attributes were a analysis performed in the study area and the updated diabase were created. From this diabase was selected one brownfield and the project of regeneration was created. At first the SWOT analysis of the brownfield was created. On the basis of SWOT analysis result was created the project of regeneration brownfield. This project help the community Přílepy how to use the dilapidated farm for the development of the whole community.
