Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování projektu zavedení nástrojů controllingu pro zefektivnění řízení ve firmě XYZ s.r.o.
V teoretické části je zpracována literární rešerše controllingu.
V analytické části je popsána společnost, zhodnocena současná ekonomická situace a analýza využívání nástrojů controllingu.
Na základě teoretických poznatků je v projektové části vypracován návrh implementace controllingu a jeho nástrojů do firmy. Na závěr je zhodnocena ekonomická náročnost, rizika a přínosy projektu.

This diploma thesis is focused on elaboration of the project for implementation of controlling tools, which make the management of XYZ s.r.o. more effective.
The theoretical part of the thesis contains the literary research of the controlling.
The analytic part of the thesis describes the company, it assesses the current economic situation and analyses the controlling tools using.
Based on the theoretic findings, there is the concept of implementation of controlling and its tools in the company created in the project part of the thesis. In conclusion the economic demandingness, risks and benefits of the project are considered.
