Předmětem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí základních statistických údajů o majetkových škodách v kategorii BDR (byty, rodinné domky a rekreační objekty)
z pohledu pojišťoven, policie a hasičů.
Na základě zjištěných údajů jsou dále uvedena obecná systémová doporučení pro ochranu objektů a návrhy vhodného zabezpečení pro objekty této kategorie.

The aim of this Bachelor’s Thesis is to summarize the basic statistics about property damage to category ACD (apartments, city and country dwellings)from the view of insurance companies, the police and fire/ emergency services.
The basic statistics will then be used to introduce general recommendations regarding systems for security of buildings and to further propose suitable security systems for buildings covered by category ACD.
