Diplomová práca sa zaoberá tvorbou projektu motivácie a jej vplyvu na zvyšovanie výkonnosti vo firme SPEDOS, s.r.o. V prvej časti sú spracované poznatky z jednotlivých teórii motivácie s dôrazom na hmotnú a nehmotnú motiváciu, pracovnú motiváciu a výkonnosť človeka a motivačný program. Druhá časť je rozdelená na analýzu a projekt. V analytickej časti sme predstavili spoločnosť a zisťovali sme skutočný stav motivácie vo firme SPEDOS, s.r.o. Nosná časť diplomovej práce bola uskutočnená pomocou dotazníkovej metódy pre vedúcich pracovníkov a zamestnancov. Na základe výsledkov výskumu je vytvorená SWOT analýza, ktorá je východiskom pre projektovú časť, resp. návrh motivačného programu pre firmu SPEDOS, s.r.o.

This thesis is concerned with the project of work motivation and influence of work motivation on output at the company SPEDOS. In the first part the theory of work motivation is presented, especially tangible and intangible motivation, work motivation, output of employee, motivation program. The second part is divided into two parts- analysis and project. The analytical part presents the company and analyses real state of work motivation at the company SPEDOS. The fundamental part of the thesis is research, where questionnaire for executive officers and employees were used. According to results of research SWOT analysis was created, which was a base for the project on motivation program for the company SPEDOS.
