Počet nových podniků v dnešní době stále roste. Tyto společnosti jsou ohrožovány různými riziky. Některá rizika však lze eliminovat pomocí vhodného pojištění. Diplomová práce se tedy zabývá problematikou komplexní pojistné ochrany společnosti XY. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení podnikatelských subjektů a legislativy z oblasti podnikání a pojištění a také na definici a klasifikaci rizika a pojištění. V praktické části je provedena analýza pojistného trhu s vazbou na pojištění podnikatelů a následně je zvolena jedna pojišťovna, pomocí níž je vytvořena komplexní pojistná ochrana pro firmu XY.

Nowadays number of new businesses is growing. These companies are endangered by various risks. However, some risks can be eliminated by appropriate insurance. So my diploma work deals with the problems of complex insurance protection of company XY. The theoretical part is focused on definition of business entities and legislation in the field of enterprise and insurance, as well as the definition and classification of risk and insurance. In the practical part is carried out an analysis of the insurance market linked insurance of business and subsequently is selected one insurance company, which is created complex insurance protection for the company XY.
