Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou alternativní tresty a konkrétněji jsem popsala nejvíce ukládaný trest ? trest obecně prospěšných prací. Zaměřila jsem se na krátké seznámení s alternativním trestním řízením a s druhy alternativních trestů vůbec. Podívali jsme se na vývoj a ukládání alternativních trestů v zahraničí, jaké jsou možnosti alternativního řešení trestních věcí a seznámili se s druhy alternativních trestů. V druhé části své práce jsem se podrobněji zmínila o trestu obecně prospěšných prací. Popsali jsme si zákonnou úpravu obecně prospěšných prací a činnost probační a mediační služby. Dokázali jsme si, že jejich práce je nezastupitelná a důležitá a popsali jsme si chystané změny v novele trestního zákona, která přinese několik velmi pozitivních změn. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo poukázat na problémy s ukládáním a vykonavatelností trestu obecně prospěšných prací a najít možná řešení tohoto problému. Závěrem mohu říct, že po prostudování a seznámení se všemi dostupnými materiály, jsem přesvědčená, že nejlepším řešením problému vykonavatelnosti trestu OPP, je větší spolupráce soudu a probační a mediační služby a rozšíření tohoto úřadu.

The purpose of this thesis are alternative sentences and, more specifically, I describe most used penalty - a penalty-profit work. I was focused on short acquaintance with criminal proceedings as an alternative types of alternative sentencing in general. We've looked at the development and imposition of alternative sentences abroad, what are the possibilities of alternative criminal cases and is familiar with the types of alternative sentencing. In the second part of my work I have mentioned in detail on the sentence-profit work. We have described general legal regulation of work activities and probation and mediation services. We feel that their work is important and irreplaceable, and we describe the planned changes in the amendment of the Criminal Code, which will bring some very positive changes. The aim of thesis was to highlight the problems with storing and punishment ENFORCEMENT general work and to find possible solutions to this problem. Finally, I can say that after the study and learning with all available materials, I believe that the best solution to the problem ENFORCEMENT OPP punishment is greater cooperation between the courts and the probation and mediation services and the expansion of the office.
