Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku organizovaného zločinu jako nedílné součásti demokratické společnosti, nastiňující jednotlivé problémy a snahu o jejich řešení. V neposlední řadě přibližuje boj s tímto závažným a globálním problémem dnešní doby. Jejím cílem je dosáhnout toho, aby jednotlivec pochopil, že organizovaný zločin kolem nás nejen existuje, ale že jsou tu i lidé, kteří s tímto nebezpečným faktorem dennodenně bojují.
Autor popisuje historický vývoj organizovaného zločinu, a to jak ve světě, tak i na území České republiky. Dále charakterizuje organizovaný zločin, jako takový, včetně jeho propojení se státní sférou, se zaměřením na její korupci. Za nejdůležitější považuje posílení boje proti organizovanému zločinu v tomto moderním demokratickém státě, který je založen na právním řádu.

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of organized crime as a integral constituent of democratic society, foreshadowing in singles problems and endeavour about their solving. Last but not least near combating herewith weighty and global problem today's time. Her purposes is achieve of what to individual understand, that organized crime about us not only there has been, but that be about and men, who with the dangerous factor everyday fight.
The author describes the evolution development organized crime, namely how abroad, so and on territory Czech republic. Further characterize organized crime, in itself, inclusive his connection with state sphere, with a view to her corruption. Behind most important rate as repair battle against organized crime with the modern democratic state, that is found on legal order.
