Společnost má v oblasti péče o oběti doposud velké rezervy a stačilo by jen, kdyby o poškozené postaráno jako o pachatele. Měla by se zvýšit osvětová činnost upozornit na možnosti, které se naskytují obětem trestného činu. Smyslem by také v konečném důsledku mělo být roztříštění sekundární viktimizace oběti násilí v jakékoli formě a podobě. Moje doporučení pro všechny lidi, kteří s oběťmi trestných činů přišli nebo i v budoucnosti přijdou do styku tudíž zní:
''Pochopte prosím jejich trápení a problémy, naslouchejte, informujte je průběžně o postupu projednávání věci, snažte se rychle a účinně dosáhnout řešení celé záležitosti ve prospěch frustrované oběti, nabídněte pomoc po ukončení trestního řízení, nebuďte lhostejní k jejich budoucnosti‘‘.
Annotation in English
The society has reserves in the field of the victim care and it will be
sufficient to také care of the aggrieved people like we look after the criminals. The public enlightenment should be improved and we should point out the possibilities which arise to the crime victims. The fragmentation of the secondary crime victim sacrifice, in one form or another, should be the point of that.
My recommendation for all the people who has come and will come into contact with the crime victims is:
''Please understand thein trouble and probléme, listen to them, keep them up to date about the progres sof the matter in hand, try to reach quickly and effectively the solution of the whole case in favour of the frustrated victim, Orfee help after the criminal trialis solved, don´t be indiferent to thein future.‘‘
