Annotation Bakalářská práce na téma Efektivní vedení lidí je pojata jako výčet hlavních zásad při řízení pracovních skupin resp.kolektivů.Vzhledem ke složitosti a rozmanitosti problematiky řízení lidí a určité objemové limitaci této práce nebylo možné popisovat detailně jednotlivé metody řízení a jejich analýzy a vyhodnocení. Naopak tato práce měla za cíl vybrat nejdůležitější prvky řízení a to jednak negativní jevy , vlastní vztahy uvnitř organizace a nutnost práce s lidským potenciálem.Dále je v práci uvedena vazba na Evropské normy týkající se managementu a to řady ISO 9000 , 14000 a OHSAS 18000.
Annotation in English Diploma work dealing with the problem of Effective employees’ Management is created as the specification of the main principles when managing working groups or teams. Considering the complexity and variability of the subject Employees Management and quantum limitation it was not possible to describe in details separate management methods, their analyses and evaluations. On the contrary, the main goal of this diploma work was to select the most important managing elements, especially negative features, its structures inside the company and necessity of the work with employees’ potential. Furthermore, in the work is mentioned the connections with European standards concerning management of ISO 9000, 14 000 and OHSAS 18000.
