Název bakalářské práce zní: ''Motivace drogové závislosti‘‘. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. Vysvětluji zde odborné termíny z oblasti drogových závislostí, dopingu. Charakterizuji klienty nízkoprahových zařízení. Dále se zabývám faktory a teoriemi vzniku drogové závislosti, motivací drogové závislosti a popisuji způsoby primární, sekundární a terciární prevence v České republice. Praktická část zahrnuje aktivity, statistiku a poskytované služby Kontaktního a poradenského centra prevence závislostí v Havířově za
I. pololetí roku 2006. Další část je věnována kazuistikám klientů.
V přílohách uvádím kontakty na zařízení zabývající se protidrogovou prevencí v okrese Karviná, fotodokumentaci kontaktního a poradenského centra a pracovní náplň sociálního pracovníka.

The title of my thesis is ‘‘The Motivation Of Drug Addiction.‘‘ I chose this topic because it is
a very important life problem of the whole society. I meet this problem during my profession of social worker. My thesis is based on studying of special literature, journals and articles, studying of files, my work experience with drug addicts and interviews with them.
My thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of three main chapters. I met readers with clients at the contact and consulting centre. I described factors of and theory genesis of drug addiction, the motivation of drug addiction.
I explained special terms from the field of drug addiction, doping and various ways of primary, secondary and tertiary prevention in the Czech Republic. In my practical part
I informed readers with activities, services and statistics at the Contact and Consulting Centre for Prevention of Addictions in the town of Havirov. I dealt with life stories of drug addicts.
I described the institutions that deal with elimination and treatment of drug addicts in the region of Karvina. Other appendices include photographs at the contact and consulting centre. In conclusion I informed about stock of the work of social worker.
I hope this thesis will become a reliable and useful guide for students and other readers
in their professional careers.
