Annotation in English	The diploma thesis focuses on the problem area of ageism in the Czech republic, its sources, manifestations and aims to explain the basic terminology related to age-based discrimination. It also brings a point of view on the process of aging and its exhibitions. The work includes some legal norms aimed at discrimination issues.
