Předkládaná bakalářská práce pojednává o tom jaký má arteterapie vliv na všestranný rozvoj dítěte s autismem. Zaměřuje se na arteterapii, její historii, funkce, cíle, metody, techniky, vymezení a arteterapeutický vztah. Popisuje autismus, jeho historii, charakteristiku, příčiny a diagnostiku. Kvalitativní výzkum se opírá o případovou studii. Klade si za cíl, shromáždit co největší množství informací, o přijetí chlapce do zařízení dětského domova a speciální školy, jeho vývoji a současném stavu z dostupných zpráv dokumentů dětského domova a z odborných psychologických, psychiatrických, pedopsychologických vyšetření. Dále pojednává o praktickém využití různých technik arteterapie, o výsledcích působení arteterapie na tohoto autistického chlapce z pohledu jeho asistentů a pedagoga.

This bachelor thesis deals with the effect of art therapy on the general development of an autistic child. The thesis concentrates on the art therapy, its history, functions, aims, methods, techniques, specification and also the art therapy relation. This work describes autism, its history, characteristics, causes and diagnostics. Qualitative research is based on a case study. Its aim is to gather the greatest possible number of information connected with the boy's admission to the children's home and special school, his development and current condition from available reports documented in the children's home and also from the psychological, psychiatric, and child psychiatric examinations. The thesis also deals with the practical use of various art therapic methods and the results of the application of the art therapy in case of this autistic boy from the perspective of his assistants and his educator.
