Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá komunikací v sociálním prostředí z genderového hlediska. Teoretická část popisuje pojmy gender, a s ním spojené stereotypy z oblasti mužských a ženských rolí. Dále práce pojednává o termínu komunikace, zejména o komunikačních odlišnostech mezi muži a ženami. Práce je věnována také druhu komunikace, jež se uskutečňuje na pracovišti. Obsahem empirické části je výzkum realizovaný formou dotazníku. Výzkum je zaměřen na komunikaci probíhající v zaměstnání. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se rozdíly v komunikaci mužů a žen potvrzují i v pracovním prostředí.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the communication in the social environment from a gen-der perspective. The theoretical part it is going to describe the concepts of gender, and the associated stereotypes in male and female roles. The paper also discusses the topic of communication, which is aim to differences between men and women. Other topics which will be discussed are: communication between employees, which corelate with empirical part of the research. For empirical proof it is used a questionnaire, which is focuses on communication at work. The goal of this paper is to find out whether the differences in communication between gender are verifiable at workplace.
