Cílem této diplomové práce je navrhnout strategii investování českých subjektů do Číny. K pochopení souvislostí týkající se aktuálnosti tohoto tématu slouží popis vývoje a součas-ného stavu ekonomiky a přímých zahraničních investic Číny. K definování faktorů ovlivňující české investice v této zemi je využita analýza vnějších faktorů firmy, PEST analýza. Dále jsou odvozeny trendy vývoje jednotlivých faktorů, jejich dopady a je navrhnut návod jak se rozhodovat o vstupu subjektu na tamní trh. V konečné fázi jsou popsána specifika týkající se problematiky vstupu na čínský trh.

The goal of the dissertation is to suggest investing strategy of a czech subjects in China. In order to understand the connections relevant to a recency of this theme serves descriptions of a progress and recent state of the economy and direct investments of the China. The PEST analysis is used in order to define external factors of the company outgoing for the czech subjects. There are derived trends of a each factor, their impact and also an outlined manual how to decide if the company should enter the market or not in the dissertation. There are specifications described in the final phase relevant to a problems of a entering the Chinese market.
