Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku práva na život a smrt z pohledu sociální pedagogiky a současné společnosti. Teoretická část se zabývá hodnotou a smyslem lidského života, popisuje proces umírání a samotnou smrt jako zánik lidského organismu. Pozornost je věnována především otázkám interrupce, sebevraždy, eutanazie a trestu smrti. V praktické části jsou zpracovány a interpretovány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu na základě dotazníkového šetření.
Annotation in English
The dissertation work deals with the right to life and the right to die from the view of the social pedagogy and the contemporary society. The theoretical part examines the value and the meaning of human life and describes the phase of dying and the death itself as a human organism termination. The attention is paid above all to the topics such as interruption, suicide, euthanasia and death punishment. In the practical part the results of the quantitative research are proceeded and interpreted on the base of the questionnaire inquiry.
